We are investigating whether these diesel stations are using automated pricing software to raise fuel prices in ways that violate California law.

Further, by leading a lawsuit we may file, you would be using your voice to help consumers push back on big corporations’ use of AI pricing to enrich themselves by making diesel more expensive for California customers.
